Join us for an evening with local authors Jon Arlan and Patrick Dobson as they discuss their experiences traveling near and far. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or want to be, their experiences are sure to entertain and inspire. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Jon Arlan is the author of "Mountain Lines" his non-fiction debut about his solo, month-long hike through the French Alps from Lake Geneva to Nice. Arlan's book was selected as a New York Times Summer Travel Reading Recommendation. Patrick Dobson is the author of "Canoeing the Great Plains: A Missouri River Summer" and "Seldom Seen: A Journey Into the Great Plains." "Canoeing the Great Plains" won the 2016 Thorpe Menn Literary Excellence Award and the 2016 High Plains Book Award in Creative Nonfiction.
